I had to help her find a MF painter, MF flooring company and affordable general maintenance.The sales broker for this complex is a new syndicator (has two investors right now) and he has two properties, 26 units and uses a manager that has 105 units and he said she's excellent.I would think you could find professional PM without much trouble.

hello folksI just start my first house flipping project and really need some good/cheap tiling guy, painter, etc. the tiling quote I got is about $3 a sqft labor only. for painter, I got $4,500 quote for a 2 story 1950 sqft house for all walls, ceilings, doors and trims. are the numbers seem right?

I'll also hire a painter and some cheap labor to help tear down and landscape.I think I can go higher end for under $70,000, that includes labor. 14,000 for the kitchen, 14,000 for three baths (two will be lower end), 2,000 for the staircase and so on.If I do most of the work myself, do my numbers look like they are feasible?
