Hi everyone so glad to have come on this site so many great people and information. So i am posting because i recently found out i was coming into about 100k and would like to become a real estate investor.  The flipping seems great rentals seem nice but also interested in multi familys.  Seeing that one investor get the 4 plex for 60k in kanasas blew my mind.  He then took out a line of credit to vet a 12 unit.  So much to learn. Any advice thank you
