Couch in the common area?

Im hoping to get any tips, tricks or strategies you guys are using to help future tenants feel more comfortable with the idea of living in a house with other strangers and ensuring the security of everyone during COVID.Things I will be doing:Include in expectations and policy limiting the number of people allowed to visit each guestIn living area, have individual seats/ couch instead of a 2 or 3 seat couchProvide cleaning and disinfecting supplies in kitchen and restrooms Provide disposable plates, cups and silverware Thanks in advance for any help you all give!

And if so you can rent my couch and tv for a day or weekend for $400!!!!

Or giving back maybe couching someone and teaching/ mentoring them to get to were you are.

I do go to Mic's lunch meetings sometimes.As far as chasing the probate quest, attorney Paul Horn, does a half day seminar to pitch his probate list. 

Hire a guy who has good gear (high-end DSLR, lavalier mic) who will give you a higher end look.

Now, it's my turn to get off the couch to get her off her W2. 

Never have .. but 997.00 what the heck would think you would get some pearls out of it.. however in my mind wholesaling is a very advanced strategy and wrongly couched as a beginner activity.. granted its a beginner because anyone can do it.. but to be successful takes time money and skill .. lots of skill.. and in many markets pretty sizable marketing budget.. but beats the heck out of paying 20 or 30k for this type of thing

This is primarily because the way one person explains something (or the way you couch it the second time) may click better than the way another source has explained it.
