How hard was it to get a crew of handy men or contractors to commit to the project?

Just be sure to have a vendor list (ex. handy men contact info, etc.) ready in the case that things need to be addressed immediately since you'll be the point of contact for emergency issues.  

A wife and two kids affect men differently.The really long introduction: My life could be filed under "How the hell is this dude alive and still kinda sane".

Ask occupations around town that are always driving like mail men, delivery drivers etc that if they see a vacant looking house send it your way and you will give them a referral fee for doing so. ( if your state allows you to assign contracts without a license you can legally give them the referral fee, if it’s not allowed you won’t be able too)Paid:1.

They are national direct lenders who have the big stage and therefore are able to have dedicated (sales men) who give you the some and dance and disappear after you start the under writing process.
