Hello,  My name is Jeffrey Wosencroft I wanted to introduce myself to this great community.  I have been on BP for about a year now and have gathered enough courage to write my introduction post.  I guess I feared not knowing enough information and sounding like a rookie.  I am a beginner when it comes to real estate investing, but I have put my fears to the side, because I truly believe real estate and having a real estate business will allow me to grow as an entrepreneur.  I look forward to learning with all of you and growing as business men and women with all of you.
