The PM began calling making demands for L to move out, she said that L had until today to be out and that a locksmith (yeha, right) would change the locks on Sunday morning and that if her stuff wasn't out she would let her in to get her things on Sunday.

That's great that it is a quicker process to get squatters out, but if you have squatters in the first place that would be a red flag for me that somebody dropped the ball (bad location, poor management company, bad locksmith etc.)

It simply puts the world on notice of the sale.The sale is valid the moment the deed is executed.However, the seller is not trespassing...he is a hold over over just like a tenant.I'd show up with a locksmith though, and see how it goes if the police get called, if it's that important.His bank should have the incoming wire though, even if it won't "clear" until Monday.Also, title co.s don't typically courier over the deed to be recorded right away, they mail it in.
