Any gap funding recommendations by then immunity that I should look into?

A few friends of mine have infected me with the bug that is for cash flow and passive income so I'm looking to take the step into REI.

What astounds me is that breaking the chain of infection  is a time proven way to prevent its spread and one of the bedrocks of medicine.
