Currently looking into SFR unless a better opportunity presents itself but from what I have seen over the last couple weeks, it may be better to keep an eye out locally but look for greener pastures in other states that aren't quite so pricey.

There are almost 7 BILLION people on the planet and every one of them will die somewhere.I personally like the house very much, didn’t get any negative vibes when initially checked it out, but than again, that was before my realtor had told me about it.

Everyone who has been in this business even for a short time, learns that California is another planet for investing in RE than the rest of the country.

I saw a animal planet show of a guy jumping on alligators....

I recently went to my county Probate Court clerks office and ask for a list of probates in the county and they looked at me as if I was from a different planet.

My yard looks greener than anyone else in the neighborhood and I only use scotts weed and feed last week and others in the neighborhood use professional companies and pay a lot more than I did for my $45 in fertilizer.

So keep an open mind. and remember there is very little grass that is greener than Washington.
