During my last trip to Florida, i notices a number of bandit signs and car magnet signs along the lines of "SECTION 8 RENTALS CALL ###-####" This has me worried that the market is flooded with people trying to buy and rent properties, especially since RE prices aren't dropping right now in FL.It's great to meet everyone here, very informative!

I love flipster it’s awesome you get so much and it works just like he says on top of great leads you get POF letter a web page magnet for cash buyers and he even puts together a whole template or DIY for a private money prospectus it’s awesome and I’ve closed 3 deals in one month and I’m a brand new wholesaler!!!!!
