@Michelle Hardy recommend you compare projections for:1) Current rent-by-room2) LTR2) MTR4) STRRank them by revenue, expenses and how much time each will require from YOU.Find the balance that works for you!

There certainly isn't really any more "risk" for DSCR Loans - no demand clause where loans can be called if you are current. 

Properties are valued at, and appraise for whatever the fair market value is.Most of our properties are priced at or slightly below their fair market value in today market climate.
