I read up a bit on this and I think the last thing I want to do is repair an old stucco house built on clay soil, with a slab foundation, even if it's real stucco.

I am reminded of a story a client of mine told about sending his own version of "lumpy mail" He was mailing to Absentees, trying to find frustrated or burnt out land lords.His idea was to put two tylenol tablets in each letter to go for that "there's something in here" curiosity killed the cat lumpy effect.

Everyone has a life away from the grind but a realtor worth their salt can do everything from a tablet or cell even on Saturdays.
