I was able to get a couple of GC's out to a 4bd 1ba SFH to get estimate...still waiting on the bids. The house looks good for the most part, needs new roof, kitchen and bath remodel and maybe new furnace. Tried to get my agent to submit an offer but she is gone for the weekend and the bank (REO prop.) has an offer they are waiting for the buyer to get back from a bid on Hubzu. So any ideas on how to get this house tied up? I know these auction sites bids/offers seem to fall thru frequently on the REO's.

Get another realtor! Someone who wants to make money as much as you do. Everyone has a life away from the grind but a realtor worth their salt can do everything from a tablet or cell even on Saturdays.
