This is a legitimate celebration.

When we decided to invest in the hi-desert, we were living in LA at the time, so we knew we could take our own personal vacations there when a house wasn't rented, and we could use it to celebrate our birthdays and holidays, and one day we could potentially retire there.

If you were not aware there was also quite a bit of controversy locally about the stadium because the Crew had an existing stadium and the owner of the crew essentially threatened to leave with the team and go to Austin if they didn't build the new stadium. 

I even miss the controversial but helpful post of the 'ol MikeOH.

It's kind of like the Raiders(NFL Football Team) celebrating a win in the pre-season when the purpose of playing in the NFL is to win a championship.  

🙏 my sale was exactly like the opening scene in the Thomas Crown affair.. when the buyers are celebrating that Thomas Crown sold a property only to have him say well celebrate all you want you over paid by 30 million.. 

This is a lack of subject matter jurisdiction as the same controversy is pending between the same parties in another court.5) One summary was denied but another was granted for imposing a rent bond.

Just celebrated our 5th year anniversary and have lived in 4 cities in 3 states !
