Most of the homes selling for bargain prices now are in the Adamsville/Bolton Rd areas or way down in 30315 near Dekalb county...the two most outermost corners of the city and of course, those homes are in terrible shape quality wise.Not much of a super statistical analysis, but using the eye test, inventory is way down and the homes available are not really attractive (with or without renovations).

But ultimately, I believe it is the property managers fault; perhaps they were rude with the exchange in ideas over the phone with the HOA which has prompted what I can consider an outrageous and unprofessional reaction from the representative.I think you may need to refer to the bylaws and see what language is used to clarify level of communication in regards to use of property managers as I feel it is bold that they "will not work with Touchpoint Property Management."

They can also see details on the properties such as address, statistics, data on the loan, pictures etc.When we have new offerings they can see those too and invest at the click of the mouse and electronically sign their subscription documents.

A good broker should be able to guide you in your investment decisions in terms of giving you insights about different markets and asset classes, current trends in those markets, any other specialized info and statistics that they have access to and that is not publicly available.

My search has included analyzing the prices of homes in these markets, driving around the neighborhoods, checking on occupancy restrictions, student permits if required, college enrollments, crime statistics, etc.
