Most plans have a provision that if you want to pay it in full, you have one chance by either sending in a certified check for the funds or by ACH transfer from your checking account.The danger with this strategy is if you separate from your employer (quit, get laid off, etc.) then the loan must be paid within a given period of time (30 days) otherwise the outstanding balance of the loan will be considered a distribution and you will be taxed on the outstanding loan balance and you will have to pay the 10% early withdrawal penalty if it applies.

I would love to be able to integrate my leases and my QuickBooks into one system, but more importantly, I am looking for a website option for advertising, as well as tenant portal options to facilitate ACH payments.

Sadly, part of the service is to collect and then distribute rents and the electronic money world still affords people the opportunity to bounce a check....via ACH.  

If you're not passionate about law or medicine (a field that will warrant a large annual income) then it doesn't make sense to spend a ton of money on school.

The HOA just wanted this jerk out and ached their goal but there is no equity in the deal.Right now the HOA is just waiting for the bank to take it back but I want to see if we can rent it out and use the money to recoup the back dues and paint the exterior.
