Tenant Cloud Management Software (the free version)

Hello All,

I just signed up for the Tenant Cloud free software.  Now I have only been using it for about 3 days but it is great.   I am not sure why they are giving it away for free for up to 75 units but I won't look a gift horse in the mouth.  My question is for those that have used this software, what did you find as the drawback?

I haven't used Tenant Cloud but I am actually thinking of giving it a try. Also looking into Turbo Tenant and Cozy. I'd liked to hear more about Tenant Cloud from others as well.
