Don't expect the best photography, or any help with staging to make your place show at it's best either.I wouldn't recommend you try to sell a co-op if you don't have much experience selling co-ops.

You could also keep him on the deed as a co-owner with an ownership stake in the house to be paid at closing after you flip it.

When I was working at Redfin, Associate Agents could earn a bonus for anyone you personally referred to a Redfin agent - buying or selling a house however, the Associate Agent wouldn't be listed as a co-agent on the sale of a house.
