Hi, I’m Matt Green from Benton, KY. I’ve been listening to the podcasts and reading the forums and some of the suggested books over the last few months. I got turned on to real estate investing by a co worker of mine who has been a land lord for several years. My wife and I are soon to close on our first duplex! Our plan is to house hack with this one while we sell our current and use the equity from our sale to fund future multi family properties. I love reading all your stories and learning from everyone’s experiences and I hope to be able to contribute more as we learn along the way!
