If this were true, I as an investor could go buy up a few blocks of post-industrial wasteland in any one of a hundred failing cities around the country, throw in a coffee shop and a yoga studio and some concrete counters, and just start raking in the dough while simultaneously destroying the lives of the locals.

I have units around a small university, that specializes in after grad Physical Therapy program.

, hearing/speech therapy, Allergist, lung/sleep/asthma perhaps, small primary care,...the list goes on.

I have seen some very good ones including an event with free food, fitness classes (YOGA as had a bigger attendance than I would have expected), cooking workshops, and arts and crafts. 

Event center to book out for larger events, Yoga retreats, small weddings, etc. 

These tenants also have a "therapy dog" that they have yet to provide a doctor's not confirming it's active service.

The arts and yoga community has really done so much in a couple short years. 

Yes, I received a B.S. in Physical Therapy in 2000 (it's now 8 years and a Doctorate to be a PT... noooo way) that I worked extremely hard for.

I physically went to L&I a few times in the beginning of this year (gross place....i had to practice some deep yoga breathing techniques not to lose my cool with the people who work there) to clear up some issues which had delayed the permit application. 

As mentioned I had multiple health issues that resulted in 2 surgeries and months of bed rest and physical therapy.
