Hi Mike,I’m in Petaluma and last time I checked (Wed) there was still space at some of the shelters here (NewLife in Clegg St) and the animal shelters were taking in pets that are unable to follow their families to shelters.

I second @Ned Carey for the BWI meetup - excellent place to start networking and meeting people.2nd Weds of every month.  

They are very basic lil 3 bed 1 bath.I closed on a Wed afternoon, put my for sale sign out Thursday morning.

I am set to take my Texas State Exam test to become a Real Estate Agent Wed. the 23rd at 9am.  

Well with the starting of our wedding and event venue along with a few Glamping tents and cabin, I am considering growing my company J&P Unlimited inc into that field as well.

I had a man coming to fix the ceiling yesterday (Thursday) but it rained hard Wed night.

And after you negotiate your good discount -- pay for it with a cash-back credit cardgreat point mark..i always use my rewards/american airlines miles credit card for the rehabs..as long as you pay it off every month like a debit card, it's no different...after a few rehabs, i'm flying to vegas first class this weekend for my buddies wedding, FOR FREE!

Currently we are in a good spot to keep saving and investing, we have no major expenses on the horizon (like a wedding or primary residence purchase) and fair amount of capital saved up.
