congrats my friendHere is one piece of advice I have for you:As you attempt to find what area to invest in, use this website https://www.areavibes.com/Its a great resource and starting point for what an area might look like and it has something called a "livability score".

A handy search bar in the upper right makes it easy to find previous discussions, blogs, podcasts, and other resources.

BiggerPockets has already been a great resource, and I’m excited to dive deeper into the real estate world.

You are free to set your terms and connect YOUR client to the private lender that you think will work best for your client.I think the skills taught and the resources provided in this course are worth the $500.Having said all that, as I stated before, at the end of the four weeks I discovered that I would not be able to apply this to my particular niche.
