With that being said, make sure the level of work matches comps that are renting for the return you are looking for.

This whole BS of buyers agent's COMPLETELY misses that 1 key point, buyers agent's are not exact match "gun slingers" to the listing agent's sometimes.

I also explain leaving a few minor nail holes is fine, but if they patch, themselves, they will be charged the full repair if it doesn't match the wall texture, ready to paint.
