Good morning,A quick question regarding marketing via Free Classified websites.

You can find tons of info on YouTube, Google his name or company, his podcast (creating wealth Simplified) and website.

But I am wondering if there is any good Keywords for Zillow, or any websites where something like this may stand out more or any tips someone may have for finding these type of properties in CO.Thanks!

What other website do you use for this research?

In the article it included a link to a presentation by ATMInvestors.com. 

The Property Management website lists it as "approximate location: Street Name on contract."
