I'm 99+% positive that your State RE Commission requires you to disclose the fact that you're a licensee.I'm Google sure that your state does not allow Net Listings, which is what wholesaling is.In my opinion, your real option as a wholesaler is to disclose you are a licensee, buy the property, then remarket and sell the property.

There has to be some separation here between your representation as a licensee and as a wholesaler, unless you truly take ownership and then resell.
