Hey everyone, I'm a wholesaler here in Winston-Salem, NC. I previously did wholesaling in Atlanta, GA 2017-2019. My wife and I moved up here last year, as soon as the pandemic struck. That being said, I'm now licensed here in NC and I would like to continue wholesaling, so I need a broker who will allow me to assign contracts and perform double closings. I'm currently with eXp but they don't allow wholesaling (assignments at least), so I need a new brokerage that has more flexibility. Any active agents who are also wholesaling in the Triad? If you are, or if you know anyone who is, please comment or send me a message. Thanks so much!

So you are now licensed and can legally represent buyers and sellers. Why not do that? Do you want to wholesale to make more than your local average commission?

Assigning contracts is only one of many different ways to wholesale and the means that is most in violation of most state real estate laws so why on earth would you want to go down that rabbit hole?

If you are already an experienced wholesaler, that means you have all cash buyers ready and waiting for your deals. Simply find the deal and rep the seller and the buyer and double end your commission. Then get your buyer to have you rep them on the exit (assuming it is a flip deal) and triple end it. All legal!
