@Wei Jie Yang - it depends on the location and size of the home. 

@Moly Yang  I don't believe there is a law that requires a buyer and seller to use an attorney or title company to close, but it's just best practice to use them on all transactions. 

Per the article, often these cases get settled (read: you pay the tenant $$$ up the ying yang for them to "go away".)*  If the impending case above  ends up favors tenants, it will make it that much more difficult to raise the rent to change the tenancy. 

@Hal TruittOftentimes those concerned with customer service, processing times, and fees for various custodians can benefit from checkbook control.

@Mickey Yang  - I think you are talking about a property here in OKC - if so, I've recently replaced one (last fall/2022); and it was one that one plumber initially told me we be more expensive b/c it was deeper than six feet -so  they would need to shore up the sides/per OSHA regulations.

@Yang Zhuang4 family renovated can probably go between 1 to 1.5 million (depends of  the area, number of bedrooms per unit, age, etc.) in Bergen Lafayette.
