I didn't have much luck as they always booked, then backed out if they found a better gig or wanted it at too low a rate.With the market the way it is, as a Realtor®, I'm finding that a lot of people need temporary housing until they close on a purchase.

Maybe putting their proceeds into a temporary "holding" account, escrow or banking method?

Landlords across this country are being crushed by cruel, unethical, unfair, biased, politicians that created A (temporary...) law (suggestion) to ban evictions, in some states this is flat all across the board (we cant get squatters out in NJ).Does anyone have any suggestion here what WE can do?

If you outright reject pets, there's a very good chance they will sneak one in or they will get a doctor to write up a letter prescribing an emotional support animal.

This is because witnessing domestic violence IS considered child abuse in that it results in significant emotional consequences.
