I have been listening to the podcast for almost a year now and have tried to learn and soak up as much information as possible.

I would just keep in mind making money without any seed capital is going to be 3-4x tougher, so don't expect it to come easy.Give wholesaling a shot or if you know someone with a lot of money approach them about a JV partnership.
