Some will say 30 days or less requires a vacation/short-term rental permit and/or the property might not be in the correct zoning for vacation/short-term rentals.

I'm going to be working with a developer I know who has a lot of experience to go through the zoning board and permitting for the vacant land.

A cheap one won’t deliver, won’t produce the quality you want, won’t pull permits or build to code, will cut corners, or better yet run away with your money.

I am aware that I will need zoning permits from the city and will have to split meters, etc. 

Was the electrician licensed and did he pull a permit?

I love this idea  thought about doing this but quad in metro atl is hard to get permit to build if not impposible New  construction should not have 300 buck a month in maintenance, that should help with cash flow
