There are cheaper bluetooth compatible tracking tools available than Automatic, but the integration with IFTT is what makes it worth the extra money for me.

Now the city may be back pedaling on their agreement, and I am debating selling the whole site and doing our project in Lake County, or selling portions for others to integrate into the overall project if we proceed on this site.
