Our vacation properties (and the many I manage for clients) all have unique nuances that if not attended to will ruin the guests experience and/or the property. 

The thieves were nice enough to turn the water off on the fridge and dishwasher lines before cutting them (I had one thief who wasn't as nice and ruined about 900 sq ft of carpet when they stole my fridge).

I think it's a powerful resource to get my name out there but I don't want to ruin the integrity of the platform.

They could literally ruin their lives for 10 years pretty easily.

I have perfect credit and I don't want to ruin that.

When you do a year round you don't have to worry about how worn the couch gets or if the last renter ruined the pots.

Besides ruining a lot of once wonderful and often still basically solid old or older homes, it is a terrible thing to do to neighborhoods, especially neighborhoods that are already fighting many battles as it is. 

If you are trying to ruin my credibility I suggest you be careful.  

I would be pretty angry if my vacation was ruined because a poor quality road prevented me access to the property I rented.

With 10k really not being much money, I do see it benefitting hard money lenders in that a seasoned hard money lender cancer deals and use someone else's money to lend to a flipper.
