Hello from Denver! (Also, question about using Nextdoor.com)

Hi everyone!

Before I moved to Denver I sourced deals on SFR's for national REITs and a luxury flipper in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. I'm a software developer in Denver currently and looking to start sourcing deals here, I can't get RE out of my blood!

So as to ad some substance to this forum I want to ask about Nextfoor.com, typically the people who join it are new/younger owners in the area. I think it's a powerful resource to get my name out there but I don't want to ruin the integrity of the platform. Any suggestions?
