You'd have the cost of fully furnishing the unit, but a 2/2.5 is actually a very attractive unit configuration for traveling medical professionals and digital nomads so long as it isn't prohibited if you're in an HOA.

There are restrictions and stipulations in certain Cali jurisdictions that restrict if not prohibit STR's Know this before you make an investment based solely on STR's.

However don't do this without the consent of the landlord/ owner of the property and definitely do not do it where airbnb is prohibited, because the fines for violating the law can often be placed on the property.

Hi Mike, The first consideration would be to check if your homeowner's insurance prohibits German Shepherds--if so it will be listed in your policy docs.
