Two part question:

Should we build a Adu with the expectation to rent as AirBnB even thou we are not in a special community like (beach, mountains, desert, downtown, etc...) ???

Looking for Adu Designer or Adu Contractors in Inland Empire Area, Calfornia...

@Robert Cornell Check with your City first if short term rental is allowed on ADUs. In my City is not allowed. They’re supposed to be affordable housing for long term rentals, at least that’s what I’ve read so far.
