Hey @Stephen MurrayWell, the first step would be to check to see how the low is zoned and what the permisible uses are.From there, you could potentially have several options like RV/Trailer storage, seasonal 'farms' (Christmas trees, fruits/veggies, pumpkin patch, etc), camp ground, etc.What is ultimately going to be your best option will really depend on the location and size of the lot, so be sure to consult with others in your local area to get ideas as well.Best of luck!

There are a few violations that are low hanging fruit that I can have repaired before the court date, but some of the more costly ones will take more time.
