Vacant Lots

I recently purchased two vacant lots in the city of Charlotte.  Does anybody have any creative ideas on how to make some extra money on a vacant lot while it is just sitting there appreciating(hopefully!)?

really depends on zoning.. most vacant lots if they are infill can only be used for resi purposes.

if commercial usually need to get some sort of use permit.

but a few things come to mind depending on size and location

1. Park and Sell

2. Christmas tree's ( seasonal)

3. Seasonal veggie stand

any other kind of transient type activity.

but generally not much can be done
