Unfortunately in state of New Jersey licensed agent must use realtor approved listing agreements provided by NAR and local mls which also is the only way it can be put in mls system to give you maximum exposure.

Sometimes short selling lenders will want the agent/seller to list the property on these auction sites ( I believe this is a misguided attempt to get more exposure, or make sure they are looking at an offer at market, or perhaps the auction sites just have done a real good job on selling the lender on the auction as a better way...who knows).

I think Josh has laid a good PR foundation getting some national exposure in publications, can't let up on that side of the media world.

Hey Cal, my reason for choosing the UTMA and Coverdell is to give my children exposure to stock investing.  

My theory is that if the area has a lot of exposure to this kind of marketing people are more open to basic advertising such as postcards.
