Maybe filter by people with no or low mortgages and/or people with 90 day notices, or people whose taxes were sold.

That is why I am here on the forum looking for knowledgeable people here that is kind enough to help people who are trying to learn how to do these things.

Also make sure all your friends & social media contacts know you’re in real estate as people who already know, like & trust you are the best sources of business.  

I'd like a systematic way, that's more efficient than my current excel sheet, to ensure I'm following up weekly with the same people while keeping notes etc.
