One more piece of advise to help make up your mind in the "pro" column: Georgia and Florida have started looking into the legal gray area of wholesaling without a real estate license.

But it is still a gray area with not a lot of case law and the difference between a transient and a bona fide resident is blurry.

The white, black, and gray (with a pop of color see the door) color scheme is trendy right now.

Shoot for a fair profit that the market allows, but never venture into the gray to make a few bucks more.
