Has Anyone Seen This Before?

This black and white paint scheme.

Black roof and upper rim and ghost white everything else.

I seen this in Austin in a rather heavy "Spray Paint" area, and these paint schemes really pop out.

Does anyone know what this paint scheme means (if anything)?

Have you seen anything like this before?

The ones I've seen are concentrated in a few blocks (but there may be more).

The colors really POP and they are excellently kept up, meaning not some gang hangout.

Maybe a peoples Pride thing, or one owner just likes this color scheme (branding) and keeps using it on rentals.

Any knowledge or thoughts about it?

I  blurred some of the edges for owner privacy.
