Anybody got any creative solutions for finding properties off the MLS other than direct mail or SEO for your website?? 

Once they miss a payment or two, they will get door knocked and mailed to death by everyone that has a "solution" to their problem.   

, big brass ones and "fake it til you make it" spirit, or simply the genuine desire to help people find a solution to their real estate problems.But most importantly, you need to START.

I am wholesaler that provides solutions for the seller. 

You can find these notes at the courthouse, or you can learn how to work with other professionals, attorneys, accountants, medical staff, bail bondsmen, funeral homes and others who end up dealing with such investments and they will call you for a solution!

Figure out if you can be a solution to the landlords problem. 

You wanna a be able to offer a solution, but any sensible person in an urge to sell will understand that you need to make a living as well.

I know there will be others who jump on here wanting to toss around creative solutions...I think its the most fun part of being an investor.

Or better question is there a "great" plan for a property in this area of this city.If real estate is about solving problems, what is the best solution to this one?
