We're planning on starting real estate in earnest once we move, and figure this is "seed" home to start revenue in the LLC.  

I've been listening to a ton of podcasts, and I am soaking it all in.

I'm definitely using this amazing resource to soak up all the info I can.

My guy just word vomited everything he was looking for and his opinion of it so I could soak it up and be even more ready for the next. - also check the BP blogs, I know they have some on the subject.

I am not someone who gives up and I set that goal once before and I would like to knock it off the bucket-list regardless.So...right now the plan is to soak up as much information as possible.

I didn't think of newspapers...and perfect for older boomers who would likely want to carry...and For rent by owner sounds good too...nice...no magic beans, but sounds like at least seeds to start a garden....

Who wouldn't want to live close to Open Seed :) (is that the name of the restaurant...or is it Open Sesame...something like that). 

I need a guy who can do mulchbeds, trim bushes, plant, do small grading jobs and seed grass.
