Marketing for Owner Carry Backs/Seller Financing

Hi, I have been doing real estate for the last 16 years and have bought a number of properties with owner carry backs. I love it! I would like to find more of them to buy and wondered it anyone knew an easy way to do that or knew where I could get some marketing materials for doing that, so that I didn't have to create the whole thing from scratch. Thanks for your ideas!

Thanks! I didn't think of newspapers...and perfect for older boomers who would likely want to carry...and For rent by owner sounds good too...nice...no magic beans, but sounds like at least seeds to start a garden....(btw, I have some land, a single family and a RV park but I would love plexes!)
