I am at a point where I have reached a ceiling with my primary lender and need to find alternative lenders to work with.

In our private sector roles, we both work for Lockheed Martin.

What your looking for is private information - unless owners/lenders want to volunteer it, you won't find it anywhere.

I'm back in town this week I was checking on our deals in columbus. land cost is prohibitive in some ways but with the right group I think we could take down a good deal. there's some new legislation that is pushing density as well  which is favorable for land entitlement. thanks for commenting I'll follow up privately 

I haven’t found any great investor friendly lender.

I have noticed a lot of institutional shops and real estate private equity firms will factor in SOFR rates into their analysis.

As a lender your credit is shot now, a BK would make it that much worse compared to trying to repair it, but sometimes a BK can repair it faster. 

Amres appears to be highly rated, but their info did not come up while looking for a lender through Bigger Pockets.
