Connect with hard money lenders, look for private lenders using direct mail like Anson Young talks about in Podcast Episode 96 (near the 30:00 minute mark), seek out other flippers who are more experienced in case you find deals you feel might be too much for you to handle initially and either partner up with them or wholesale it, etc.
