Episode 221 of The BiggerPockets Podcast - with Tim Shiner
Every once in a while, my dream job here at BiggerPockets turns into fantasy and I get to step in and fill the shoes of Josh Dorkin on the podcast.
Today we released Episode 221 featuring Tim Shiner . Tim has some really awesome tips for thinking outside the box when it comes to rental properties and life in general.
We talk about Tim's interesting take on the old adage location, location, location, why he buys in the nice neighborhoods, how he incentivizes his tenants to pay him when they leave his properties, appreciation and rewarding yourself when you meet your goals.
If you have not yet listened to this episode, you are missing what Brandon Turner calls one of the Top Five Episodes of the Podcast.

@Mindy Jensen I will listen at the gym. By the way, you know that Josh and Brandon could add a third person in occasionally. It may mix up the format a little bit. Nothing against the guys, but your voice is a refreshing addition to the alpha males sparring. I enjoy the sparring sometimes too, don't get me wrong.
Or another idea would be a second BP podcast with a different angle and different hosts. You could be one of them. There are lots of angles you could pursue. That would give us two BP podcasts a week to listen to. How awesome would that be!
