In our higher end spec houses in southern CA where humidity was a concern we used engineered wood, which holds shape better than hardwood.

Strike a good balance between description and features, meaning don’t just list out a bunch of specs for the property and don’t give superfluous adjectives just to add fluff to the listing.

The market appears to be heating up there and I am thinking of building a spec home on one of the lots and, if I do well, sequentially building on the others.  

Sylvia, it is recommended that the furnace air filter is changed every 3 months and batteries in your smoke detectors yearly.

@Stephen Krzyzak are you asking the handyman to go specifically check in on the property from time to time or do you have then on a "look at it while you are there changing filters and batteries" kind of thing?   

We build mostly spec buildings and homes.

Batteries last about 6 months. 

Bad for us developers but good for those who own property and see prices rise as supply dries up.Lots of macro info there and take all of it with a grain of salt, but hopefully it helps you to get a feel for Eagle as a market separate from the rest of Boise or Meridian.Finally -- if you really are interested in Eagle, we are under construction on two spec patio homes that would fit a rental scenario well.  

If I could find a way to run A/C in the summer off batteries that's be year round.
