There's plenty of high-performance (or at least fun if not the most powerful) 4-door cars:Mitsubishi EvoSentra Spec VKia Forte 5 (turbo charged)I currently have the Forte 5, which is a 6-speed, turbo, 4-door hatchback and the backseats are surprisingly roomy.Also, I'm going to assume you like to modify your cars if you're into power.

Strike a good balance between description and features, meaning don’t just list out a bunch of specs for the property and don’t give superfluous adjectives just to add fluff to the listing.

@Stephen Krzyzak are you asking the handyman to go specifically check in on the property from time to time or do you have then on a "look at it while you are there changing filters and batteries" kind of thing?

Bad for us developers but good for those who own property and see prices rise as supply dries up.Lots of macro info there and take all of it with a grain of salt, but hopefully it helps you to get a feel for Eagle as a market separate from the rest of Boise or Meridian.Finally -- if you really are interested in Eagle, we are under construction on two spec patio homes that would fit a rental scenario well.
