We liked it (minus some bugs that I assume are better now) especially for their automations. 

Many people don't know you can automate all these messages, which I highly recommend. 

Airbnb, and other pricing tools, makes it pretty easy to automate the discounting based on length of stay, so your guests can book automatically and you don't need to go back and forth on pricing with them.

If you do this, you could use a PMS such as Hospitable or Guesty to help automate a lot of the communications.

There's no message automation option specifically for Instant Bookers. 

As manufacturing becomes more automated it should go that way.

Just a one off, I use to have a marketing team and SEO/PPC at my fingertips, but for this property I don't Ok - I have a friend in marketing who could help out getting you organized and automated.

We initially set up everything to highly automate our rental—digital rent payments, all communications via text or email, digital leases, etc.
