This is probably one issue being that basement SF is not as desirable as main level SF.I also agree with the other poster, something looks wrong in those basement photos.

This doesn't account for any interior unit renovation... this repair cost estimate should be doubled, if not tripled to account for the deferred maintenance.After Repair Value:  $350,000 - Unfortunately this might not be too generous of an estimate.  4 story apartment buildings with no elevators are not very desirable

That primary residence is a ~4000 sq ft house in a desirable neighborhood, and my wife tells me it would rent for ~$10,000/month to a sizable market of higher-income families looking for an MTR when they first move to town or are completing a home renovation.

I'm just saying that unless you're in the top 10 for keywords that have people actually searching for them (which anyone can use semrush.com to check on a keyword by keyword basis), where the intent matches your desired conversion, it's a vanity metric.

In my experience, separate stove top and in-wall oven or double oven are extremely desirable in higher end rentals.I would not put a jacuzzi tub in a LTR, but would be fine in STR since it will be cleaned regularly.I don't have any experience with a similar insert, so no opinion there.
