But still better then most cities as the cheap home prices drive growth through affordability.

I am looking for continue growth and partner with those looking to do the same. 

I suppose if I had 30+ units, but then I'd have the infrastructure to delegate that task.

IE old growth  or original timber was harvested in the 1850's  second growth 1950's.. and so you have stands of 30 to 60 YO timber that are 3rd growth and that were strategically replanted to give the highest per acre BD. ft yields.

We are very happy that we were able to stay on task and use all the help we needed to get to where we are today and I am hoping by sharing my story and resources, it will help you to do the same and more.

Hello @Jason UtleyWell, there are many ways to choose a property management company, or perform those tasks yourself.

If you've got a solid company that's giving a good yield, history of paying dividends, solid growth history, and you know you are going to hold it for 20-30 years, it's a good potential.

The loan interest is offset by the dividend growth of the cash value.
